We respect your privacy and therefore your name, contact number and email address are non-disclosure fields and will not appear in our listing.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

By making the payment and/or checking the agreement box in the application form, you are deem as to read and agree to the following information:

 

During application:

• Provide genuine information as and when require by SafeBlogShopper.
• You will be asked to join SafeBlogShopper as a member before filling in the application form.
• Payment mode will ONLY be Paypal.
• Your application will be process as soon as we receive your form.
• Purchasing of products or services sometimes depending on the nature of the business.
• Thus we will do our best to rate the services and responses of the blogshops.
• Allow 7 ~ 14 days of processing your application for ratings, finalize and issue Safe BlogShop Stamp to your blogshop.
• You will receive notifications to your email provided on your status, thus please check your email regularly.
• There will be no refunds for any failed or withdrawal applications.

 

As a Member:

• Your blogshop is to carry the Safe BlogShop Stamp with the link provided by SafeBlogShopper.
• You will need to ensure service level is up to standard and make deliveries promptly.
• SafeBlogShopper will send mystery shoppers as and when for regular checks.
• Should you and your blogshop is  found to be under-performing, warnings will be given before the listing on SafeBlogShopper strips off.
• If you are strip off from the listing, your blogshop will have to remove the Safe BlogShop Stamp with immediate effect and no balance amount to be refunded.
• You can chose to remove your certification anytime, but no balance amount will be refunded.
• SafeBlogShopper reserves the right to use any images in members’ blogshops for its own promotional and marketing purposes.
• SafeBlogShopper only gives credibility to your blogshop and is not liable to your blogshop’s online traffic.
• SafeBlogShopper reserves the right to remove any blogshops at any time without prior notice should you fail to make any due payments promptly.
• Should removal of any listed blogshop occurs or termination under freewill, you are to submit a new application form and application fees applies.

 

SafeBlogShopper is not responsible and should not held liable for any images used with infringement of copyrights.

 

SafeBlogShopper have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion.

 

We further reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delete or remove any content from the site and edit any terms and condition found on this page at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.

 

SafeBlogShopper reserves the right to reveal the identity of or whatever information we know about any user in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by said user.
