Scam Reported: Crazysmiling.bs and Crazyrunway.bs

Alert! Please do not buy from Crazysmiling.bs and Crazyrunway.bs Though they have claimed that they are friends and not related. It has showed that they have the SAME bank account. Firstly, they illegally sold contact lenses over the internet which is prohibited in Singapore. Secondly, when the latest batch of geo lens failed to arrive in Singapore, they took over 5 months and still counting, to refund to the consumers. I am not the only victim. Please refer to these links to find out more: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=3085870 and http://www.myfatpocket.com/celestina-loves/archives/6060 I got to know this blogshop through Celestina's reccommendations, unfortunately, it turns out she is advertising for a scam blogshop. I advise that bloggers should also be caution about WHO they are advertising for. In the blogshop, it stated that refunds will be make by 10 feb, but it's already been delayed since november. And it's March now, refund still not done. Multiple sms/emails/calls have not been replied. Or replied in a nasty way. True example: I know I can use ibanking to do the refund. But I have going to 100 over customer to refund. I can't bt using ibanking becos it takes too long. That's why I offer a meet up refund. And I dint say there isn't a choice?! I try to make it for amk hougang bishan tamp pasir ris town. N I did say if u can't make it , nvm I will do transfer, bt it will take some time. Becos I have to settl one by one if not If I miss ut anyone of u , u gonna complain n etc etc! I am trying to do wad I can do alr. U guys insist wan to report , den go. I am not in de wrong? I dint scam. I am doing refund jus dat u all can't wait. And wen I go fast miss out some u guuys complain. Tell me wad to do den. Goods are not here is my fault, doing a refund , end up aso my fault? Scam Reported: macmakeupsupplier.com

I am not sure if anyone of you have ever visited macmakeupsupplier.com. According to the website, it carries M.A.C cosmetic products and because I own a blogshop and this website is selling at a wholesale price and so I thought it would be a great bargain for my customers. I did a EXCLUSIVE pre-order for M.A.C mascaras because it claimed to be a limited edition items. So i opened this pre-order for 3 days only and I have received a few orders from my customers. Upon receiving my customers payment, I quickly placed the order on the website in mid feb 2011 and quickly made the payment via my credit card. In the website it states that they will ship the item out within 1 business day once they have received the order and that the tracking number will be provided and I was thinking, it would be good because it cuts short the waiting time to at least 2 weeks for my customers. Till today, I still have not received my tracking number and emailed them numerous times but there were no replies. What pisses me off is that we BOTH are running a business. I am THEIR customer and it is THEIR duty to fulfil my order. Should the item is out of stock or they are unable to ship out in time, shouldn't they have informed me first hand so that I can inform my customers accordingly?? Their business is simply not ethical at all! They are simply putting my reputation at stake! I do not want my customers and prospective buyers to think that my blogshop is a scam simply because of 1 or many dishonest people in that team who is behind the scam! While I was running through my accounts, I saw the payment was being sent to www.fashioninsales.com. My question here is why is my or my customers' money going to that website? I simply don't understand. What makes it worst is that there is no privacy policies, no shipping or any sorts of information required of a online store! Because of this incident, I have to do a 100% refund + shopping vouchers to my clients. I am not sore about the money. I am not even sore of not earning anything. What I am sore about is WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO SUCH A THING?? Not only they are putting their reputation at stake, they are putting mine at stake too! I have been doing online shopping for almost 2 years and running blogshop business for almost 1 year and this is the first time i am EXPERIENCING SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE. I do not want to have that for my customers or prospective buyers because I experience it myself and it is a very painful lesson to learn. Those of you who are running an online business, PLEASE BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! My goodness.. I am so pissed off. Scam Reported: favourite-shopping.blogspot

On Sept 16, SafeBlogShopper received an email report from Peiyun who did not received her 3 way caramel bag from this blogshop: http://favourite-shopping.blogspot.com/ I paid for the bag (without capping price) and after 3days she did not reply to my email. I mailed her again. This time she said, "Waiting for supplier reply for stock." So again I waited. It has been 2 weeks and she didnt reply my mail. Peiyun has also threatened that if she did not either update the supplier's status, or don't refund to her, she will be reporting to her to the police. Peiyun also forwarded her email correspondence with favourite-shopping to us as a proof. It showed that during the inquiry stage, the response was smooth and prompt.  Right after the transfer of payment, there was no more response at all. Soon after, SafeBlogShopper sent out a warning email to favourite-shopping that report has been filed. The owner replied straight on the day after 4 hours, that she did not recall that she had such a customer. The owner requested Peiyun to email her/him again. We immediately took the action to clarify with Peiyun and get her to email the owner again. Peiyun said they responded, but still asking her to wait for another few days. 3rd October, we received an email from Peiyun again stating that the owner was giving all sorts of excuse to delay the transfer. It took her 5 weeks, and still she did not received her bag. We dropped her another email to warn the owner to take action and this time round they refused to respond. SafeBlogShopper had also found that the owner was blacklisted even as a buyer. Read the story here: http://fameforyou.blogspot.com/2010/09/deadbuyer.html From SafeBlogShopper's standpoint, please refrain from purchasing favourite-shopping given their slow in response and failed to deliver. If there are any other victims around or had an experience of dealing with them, do leave a comment here.
