On 19 December 2012, I made an order with Delirious Accessories for the following purchases
1. BR052- Stacked Rhinestone + beaded bracelet 2 Rm25 ok
2. BR053-Cross/Infinity Knot Friendship Bracelet Rm20 *all reserved, but we are restocking in 3 weeks, you mind waiting?*
3. E051-Spike Feather Earrings- white RM19 ok
4. Pastel weaved bangle RM24 *need to preorder*
I made payment on 28 December 2012 and she acknowledged payment was made. However I have yet to receive the items or a tracking number for the items as of today.
The website specifically states that the items will be delivered via registered post or postlaju, both which requires the signatures and a tracking number will be emailed once the parcel has been posted.
However, I did not receive the tracking number nor the items stated above. I have also tried to contact the seller numerous times - in February and in March in which the only response that I got was - check with the post office and refused to answer any of my messages after that.
She failed to provide me with the tracking number, and if it was delivered in January (as she claimed) it would have be returned to the sender considering that it was not delivered to me.
I did not receive the item and neither did I receive a refund. I am very upset at her lackadaisical attitude towards her business and my money. This type of behavior by the Seller is atrocious and should be called out. I hope that you will be able to assist in resolving this matter.
