Complaint on Earl Grey Party: Did not receive any reply emails with regard to possibly lost registered parcel

I purchased an item with Earl Grey Party (EGP) last Saturday, opting for registered postage and made payment on Sunday. I understand that it was my fault for forgetting to include my unit address for my billing and delivery details. However, I brought this up last Saturday in an email to EGP but received no reply up till this date. I made a trip down to the post office in my area, Yishun, and was notified that the parcel has been mailed back to EGP's office. I emailed them again with regards to this update and made a request on whether it is possible for me to head down for a self collection since the parcel has been reverted back to them. I even sent them a tweet and a facebook message. However, I still have not received any sort of reply as of now. I understand that the owner(s) could be busy but it would be polite to at least send an acknowledgement email so that I know that they are aware of this issue. I hope that I would be given a reply so that I am able to decide what my next course of action is. Thank you. But after a week, I have received email from their minion, kitty informing me that there is a manufacturing label. I have since then replied them but there was still no replies after 3 days. Hence, I've sent another email telling them. After that, they posted on their FB saying minion kitty is hospitalized and they are short handed. Then I emailed them again after 2 days when they haven't reply me. In addition, I have also emailed the owner Yina goh about it but still, there is no response to it. I thought that TVD is always a reliable and responsible blogshop. Little did I know they are very irresponsible. It's been 2 weeks already. I have paid on time but till now there is no news of it. Did not receive Tracking Number and Product

Hi, On 19 December 2012, I made an order with Delirious Accessories for the following purchases 1. BR052- Stacked Rhinestone + beaded bracelet 2 Rm25 ok 2. BR053-Cross/Infinity Knot Friendship Bracelet Rm20 *all reserved, but we are restocking in 3 weeks, you mind waiting?* 3. E051-Spike Feather Earrings- white RM19 ok 4. Pastel weaved bangle RM24 *need to preorder* poslaju RM7 total RM95 I made payment on 28 December 2012 and she acknowledged payment was made. However I have yet to receive the items or a tracking number for the items as of today. The website specifically states that the items will be delivered via registered post or postlaju, both which requires the signatures and a tracking number will be emailed once the parcel has been posted. However, I did not receive the tracking number nor the items stated above. I have also tried to contact the seller numerous times - in February and in March in which the only response that I got was - check with the post office and refused to answer any of my messages after that. She failed to provide me with the tracking number, and if it was delivered in January (as she claimed) it would have be returned to the sender considering that it was not delivered to me. I did not receive the item and neither did I receive a refund. I am very upset at her lackadaisical attitude towards her business and my money. This type of behavior by the Seller is atrocious and should be called out. I hope that you will be able to assist in resolving this matter.
