We have received Sgdress email notice that they have changed their management since June 2010, and they would like to lift their scam status.
After verifying the details with them, these are the 3 recent reviews we got from them so as to justify that they are still in business and it has been properly managed. As such we had decided to shift Sgdress from the scam category to the complaint category.
Although we have allowed them to clear their scam status, the complaint will still remain as it is.
Members who have bought from them and did not receive your items, I hope you still kept the email records. Simply quote SafeBlogShopper when you send your email to supports@sgdress.com to resolve your case.
Prepare the following information if possible:
- Order ID (should be between 2000-4999)
- Email address (must be tally in our stall)
- Username (registered in our stall)
- Registered or Normal posting method (Tracking Number if using Registered Mail)
- Email conservation (if possible)
Note: Do not try to reach the old email address as it is not functioning anymore.
