- To uncover ugly scams of unethical blog sellers
- To bring back the beauties of online shopping and
- To retrieve our online shopping confidence.
Our Frustrations
How many times have you experience receiving an item which look 80% different from the picture you first saw?
How many times have you find yourself regreting the decision of buying during the time when you have been anxiously waiting for your item to arrive, yet the seller is MIA?
You get what you pay for. Apparently this is so not true in this world of online shopping. If you are an online shopper, you know what I mean.
Coming from a background of online seller and a frequent online shopper, I sometimes find myself getting the frustration of receiving buys that differ from the sellers’ picture by thousands or the quality really turns me off for the price that I am paying for. Worst still, before these items arrive, I live off in empty promises and spending my precious time in contacting MIA sellers who are active in only their own tagboards!
Why do I have to suffer in this?
Our Channels
Even if leaving them comments and feedbacks on their tagboards relating about the whole buying experience, it does not guarantee that they will be seen! The control is not in your hand. So you turn to popular forums, hoping to stop the nonsense .
But at the same time, those blogshops are still in operations. Who knows, they may even announce your particulars, exaggerate the matters or even accuse you for slandering!
So what in the world have we done to pay and receive such treatment? Are we not customers?
Our Love
The fact is we know that there are sellers around who are responsible for their deals and sincerely go all out for their customers, abiding by the golden motto of “Customers Are Always Right”.
Shouldn’t these people earn what they deserve?
Yes, we still love online shopping. We happen to see something that appeals to our eyes and so we spend and shop.
BUT this time round, we want the control.
