Diana wanted to express and share her experience with Shopformore Okay when she ordered two necklaces from the blogshop posted on Facebook.
After one month from the time she purchased, she did not received any of the items. Although it was a minor $8 that she has spent, she reported to us as the blogshop owner told her that her items were already in the warehouse a month ago.
But when Diana asked for the status of the items again, the owner told her that she herself might have been conned by the supplier. As the owner was afraid of been conned, she handed Diana’s address to the supplier directly to mail her the item.
In this case, Diana felt that the blogshop owner did not fulfill much of the customer service as a blogshop owner. Risk of working with a unsafe supplier should not be put to the customers of the blogshop. There is no justification for paying money and not receiving any goods.

Thank u so much for e help.
Just felt that all blogshops should act responsibly no mattet how much we spent.
I know some owners of blogshops have their own difficulties also but that will not be an excuse for them to disclaim responsibility to their customers and shift the blame to their suppliers.
Putting it as part of the T & C does not mean that when incidents like that happen, you are not liable for it. You should be accountable to the customer and make some form of compensation. Otherwise, you should clearly warn and remind the customer beforehand that a fraud might occur because the supplier is unreliable.
We buy, because we trust them, all the more, they shouldnt take it for granted.
