Wendy bought two items and transfered money to lovej0ypeace on 1st of January. She did not received her items even though the blogshop told her that they posted it out days back.

9 days later, Wendy emailed for us to help her in her case and we contacted the owner. The owner took immediate action to see that Wendy got her parcel a week later.
