For new customers, you have to create an account with Sobe Jewel . After login, it has a step by step guide leading you to the purchase like booking a flight ticket. The system is much easy to navigate with a minor problem that I encountered.

 

When I click on “shopping cart” I assumed that it means adding the product item into shopping cart. Instead it showed what was in my shopping cart.

 

 

Regular updates were received from the seller. When order is confirmed, an email was send informing me of the breakdown of items purchased, delivery address and my payment mode. A day later, they sent me another email stating that they have received the payment and were in the mist of processing the order.

 

On the 3^rd day, they informed me that the order has been shipped out.
