AHG purchased a pair of flat forms worth $36.50 from DirtyWolfStore last June 2011. She chose for meetup but it wasn’t successful due to conflicting schedules. It was then that she decided to choose registered postage last August 2011.

 

 

However, when she made a follow up last October with the owner, the owner mentioned that she had forgotten and asked her to do a meetup but it wasn’t fruitful then.

 

She waited till December and sent an sms to follow-up again, but the owner replied that she haven’t found her flatforms after shifting her house. So AHG decided to ask for a refund but the owner ignored her messages.

 

The owner had finally resolved the case with the item sent after we contacted her.

Bought a pair of flatforms worth $36.50 from http://dirtywolfstore.livejournal.com/ in June 2011. Saw this online store putting ads on sgflea/ needtosell.

 

I paid for the shoes and chose meetup for them. Hence I did not have to pay extra for any postage. We conversed through SMS about when we were available to do meetups but it wasn’t fruitful due to clashing schedules.  This dragged on til August 2011, when I decided to just opt for registered postage instead and she agreed.

 

 

In Oct 2011, 2 months after, I asked if she had mailed my shoes out. She replied with an apology saying “it completely slipped out of her mind” and asked to do meetup again.

 

So we arranged meetups but again, wasn’t fruitful again. Nearing end of Nov 2011, I suggested another meetup and she said she’s overseas and just moved house, do give her time to search for my parcel after she’s back.

 

So I waited til mid Dec 2011 and smsed her, now she replied saying she haven’t found my flatforms. I asked for a refund, and she has been ignoring all my smses regarding refund.
