3inute specialized in casual wear and clothes. The website is divided into 3 parts: Spree, instock apparel and mask sections.

 

There is a section on the right hand column of the webpage that states formspring where client can post their enquiries. I have also encountered that when I posted my message for a few days, there was no reply. When I checked with the 3inute team, they mentioned that they did not receive my query.

 

 

I had to send my orders to the specific email address (orders@3inute.com) listed in the blog. There were different order format for each section. I tried to make a purchase on the item that I wanted, I was then inform that the item was a defect prior to making the payment. I had to choose other items.

 

Order is confirmed via the email where the team informed me about the breakdown of individual items and total bill.  The team took about 3 days to send out the orders after payment, which is longer than usual. You may experience a lack in the promptness of reply as the seller is schooling and may not be able to reply to all emails at the shortest possible time.

I got my dress which is similar to the one shown on the webpage. The material is soft and is quite translucent.

 

I had a satisfactory experience overall. Despite that the reply was delayed, the seller managed to answer all my doubts and request I had.

 

They can probably display the postage charges more prominently to reduce unnecessary correspondence and improve on the use of their enquiry form.
