Last October 26, Elvie ordered two items from Vope amounting to $45.34 and received an invoice to make a payment. She then made the payment via the weblink they provided and it was stated on their blogshop to contact them if her order status is not updated within 5 hours.

 

The following day, her order status was not updated so she sent notification to their site and also via sms on the number they provided. She tried calling the number but it was not available.

 

 

Vope is suspected to be inactive and what customer got was an automated email respond for transfer the money. We have notified the owner regarding this but to date she still have not received any replies or any updates on her case.
