Complaint Resolved: beautysecret-z.blogspot.com

Elizabeth bought three items last April 14 from beautysecret-z and paid for registered postage. However, the items arrived in two separate packages via normal postage. She informed the owner to refund the payment made for the charges on registered postage amounting to $2.50 but the owner refuses to refund it.

 

Her friend, who happens to be a victim also of the blogshop, introduced SafeBlogShopper to her. After making the formal notification to the blogshop regarding this matter, they have made the necessary refund the following day.

Was introduced to this website by another person, Jennifer, who was also scammed by this owner, hence I am making this report as additional proof. All correspondences are photographed and put on my own blog.
