
An online shop catering to ladies and guys. We have small little accessories to bags and apparels.
Orders are made from their blog website where I can add the items to cart and continue shopping for the rest of the items. After I confirm my purchase, I can checkout the item from the website whereby customer’s particulars (such as name, address, etc) and selection of shipment and payment details are filled up in their online form.

You can create an account with the blogshop. Returning customers can login and their particulars will be auto-populated to the fields. You will also receive account creation email from them as well.
After payment is made, a sms and email is received when the order is shipped out. In the webpage, there is no indication that the item is a pre-order item, which needs 2-3 weeks to ship out.
Once order is received by the blogshop, a summary of the order is sent to the email stating the postage fees, their bank account number and my address. Email or chat replies are within a day.
I purchase a ‘Miss Single’ Mint blue sling bag. The bag is made of synthetic Leather. Item received looks similar to what was shown in the website. Size of the bag was A4 size which come with a detectable sling.

The experience is rather enjoyable as there is a chat function in the website hence, buyers can chat real time with the seller, which other blogs do not have.

The customer service can be improve with the indication of which items are pre-order item which needs to take a longer shipping time. When I order the pre-order item accidentally, there is no indication either in the ordering page or the email confirmation sent.
Overall, I am pleased with their efficiency and customer service.

Measurements provided by suppliers will be mark with *. Any exchange must be made within 3 days. This 3-day frame starts from the date the customer receives the item to the date of mailing it out. Items returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging with tag intact and labels still attached. Items must not be stained, soiled, washed or worn. Exchange of items are subject to availability. |
