Bernice made a purchase amounting to $10.50 last September 29 from The Robot Ninjas latest sales post. To date, she is waiting for the owner’s respond despite sending numerous emails reminding to revert with the registered article number after mailing her item out.

 

Till date, she has not received the item nor given an explanation as to why they were so inefficient. SafeBlogShopper emailed them to request for resolution, but nothing was heard from them.

Made payment ($10.50 with registered mail) promptly after receiving invoice for a sales item priced at $8 from The robot ninjas’s latest sales post on 29th September 2011 but has yet to hear from the owner despite sending numerous emails reminding the owner to revert with the registered article number after mailing my item out. I have not received the item nor given an explanation as to why TRN was so inefficient.

    Just wondering if Bernice got her item or refund? I bought an item from Robotninjas on 11 Oct. I went overseas for quite a while so could not follow up. It is now 25 Nov and I have still NOT received it. I sent 3 emails but no reply. I asked for a refund. No reply. Seems like their website has been suspended! Does anyone know how we can get in touch with them? Really irresponsible.
