
Rach bought a pair of shoes from Robot Ninjas last September 26 and paid it the following day. Last October 17, she informed us that she did not receive the items. She had sent many emails but no reply from the owner.

Last October 23, Rachel made a follow up email on us that she received an email from Robot Ninjas but the item was defective. Robot Ninjas mentioned that they will make a refund in the next three working days but it didn’t happened.
Just today, we received a recent email from Rachel that she received the refund.
