Complaint Filed: Kgoodiesg.wordpress.com

On May 5, myungtato ordered 2 albums from Kgoodiesg.wordpress.com. She ordered Infinite’s Evolution album and Infinite’s First Invasion album for $30. She opt for registered postage and paid $33.24 in total. Payment was made on the same day.

 

She was advised that it may take some time before the items arrived in Singapore and that she would be contacted as soon as it does. For 2 months there were no updates sent to her regarding her purchase. No response to email she sent to the owner as well.

 

On July 18, she received an email from the owner advising that he encountered issues. He told Lina that he asked a friend to check emails and order the albums for him. But the friend had not done what was asked and worse was that the passwords to his email and his blogshop had been hacked. He then explained that he just regained access to the blogshop and that he would be settling the issue in a week’s time.

 

2 months passed again but no word was heard from the owner. Lina send in countless of emails prior to reporting to SafeBlogShopper.

 

We have tried to contact the owner of the Blogshop but we have not received any response from them. The customer has not received the items she has purchased till now.

I ordered and transferred money for 2 albums 4 months ago. They emailed me back, stating that they will contact me as soon as my albums arrived. However, for 2 months, I got nothing. No replies to my emails. No albums. NOTHING. Up until 18/7/2011 when I received this email from them.

 

 

That email was sent to me 2 months ago. And still, nothing. I tired emailing them countless times but to no avail. I never heard from them again. I found others on twitter facing the same problems as me.
