Jaydon made a payment of $177 on 3 bags that was found in Peter Travier on Facebook. Payment was made on 30 July, but till date nothing was received.

SafeBlogShopper sent out email to request them to resolve the case. The owner promised to do so, but subsequently no news on it too.

I have made a payment of SGD$177 dollars to a facebook shop named Peter Travier on 30 July.

 

 

However till today, i have not receive my orders of the three bags that i have ordered.

 

On 27th August, I have tried calling the phone and it went through, I have spoken with the female and she has advice that she would need 5 more days for the shipment to reach Singapore and she would make a special delivery to me.

 

However I tried to call her phone number on 2nd September, the phone number was not contactable. Please kindly help to investigate.

 

I have proof of the transfer and email i have send her.

    Heres the latest update.

    Peter Travier has refunded me $69 for one of the bag as she has advice that one of the bag is out of stock and the two other bag will reach me by 5th October.

    Will update again on the status on whether the bag has reach me on 5th October.

    As you all can tell that the issue has been on since 30th July and everything is still not solve till today.

    Please reconsider ordering from this shop as they have bad service and they take really a long time to send or refund you.

  2. Dear All,

    I have receive one shipment on 5th October and then my other shipment on 17th October.

    For now this report is considered settle.

    However do kindly note that i have paid for all this items on July and it has only reach me on October.

    Shoppers who are considering to buy the items, you could take note of whether they have the stocks in Singapore or else it would take them a long time for them to reply your message and get a proper answer.
