D’Kristabelle is a registered company with a very simple website and a very straight-forward navigating ordering method. The shopping process is very easy. You simply add the item to the cart and made payment with Paypal.

 

 

I have ordered through email and pay through other bank transfer method as well. They replied email promptly and also offered a complimentary gift box for the pair of earrings that I have ordered. Overall, D’Kristabelle has a good customer support.

 

At the same time, according to their shipping terms, D’Kristabelle only made delivery twice a month because their creative designer does not reside in Singapore and therefore a longer time of the delivery is taken.

 

Since the items are made of 100% genuine Swarovski crystals, it will be unwise to lose it via normal postage. You can add on $2.50 for registered mail to keep track your parcel.

 

The package came in a nice and neat Postpac envelope. I had a nice sky blue gift box with a riboon on it. The earrings were lying nicely in the box. Here’s how my package looks like:
