Right after the published of the previous resolved case, we received another 2 reports stating that PoppyPonies did not refund their payment made. The same case of not receiving any goods nor refunds.

 

Due to the previous successful case, we withhold benefit of doubt and granted a grace period of almost two weeks for Poppyponies to resolve it, yet the two cases are still pending due to lots of reasons in delaying.

 

Given that the refund has dragged on for days and both parties are still unable to come to a conclusion to closing the case, SafeBlogShopper now reopens the complaint file.

 

Both K and Cheerfulfate had decided to file a report with the authorities to help speed up the process. Since the authorities had already involved, SafeBlogShopper can only close the file, once full refunds have been made to both of them.

 

The blog had since closed down after the first case, and all inactive collection photos have been removed from the facebook fan page to prevent confusion.

    The whole story started when i saw a balencidga bag on their facebook and got interested and i ask for the price. They offer installment and i was very keen and excited to purchase from them.

    I took the installment option and owner keep pushing me to pay full by lowing down the price. The bag which they quote is almost a 70percent discount as compare to the ones in the boutique and that makes me in doubt. I tried asking to meet up and cash and carry the bag but they say their policy is not to meet up with the buyer.

    I almost wanted to transfer the money to them that morning but by God’s Grace (you really got to believe this) only my pc in the company was not working and internet is down for the whole day. So i drag on. Then i went online to check and google on them and i saw SafeBlogShopper. I decided not to buy and i text them saying i am not keen anymore and ask them to let go the bag as their mentioned earlier that there is a waiting list for this bag.

    But after few mins she called me and say that if i dun buy she cannot answer to her boss. But i told her just sell to others who is in the waiting list. She insisted that she have given me a good price and wanted me to get the bag. I told her i want to meet and cash and carry. she still say she cant. After which the boss call me … i didnt answer her call. Hope the police investigate and do something about it.

    Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

    The latest update about the 4 cases were, after the authority has come into place and investigate, 2 out of 4 cases have been fully refunded. We hope that the other 2 cases will resolved soon and quickly. =)

  4. I was also scammed by her, and I’ll be lodging a police report. Have you guys made any? So we can refer to each other better.
