Jusamonroe and the rest of the buyers received a reply after SafeBlogShopper sent out an initial email to them requesting for their help in the case.
They have replied us twice and Jusamonroe was told that her order will reach her the following day. As such the case with taoagent.com is resolved.

Don’t be fooled by their fancy website with ” good ” reviews and fake promises of fast shipping and updates. I recently ordered 14 items from them, initially they replied very fast but after i paid they ignored all my emails and calls.

It was the first time I have placed an order with them and has paid SIN 350 as my first payment. After that, there was no reply from them on the status of the item since. I tried calling the hotline since this morning but the phone was turned off! I am starting to get worried.

Tao Agent order procedure is, after you make payment, we will send your order to our purchaser at China, they will process it & pact & send to SG. Once at here & ready to make delivery, we will SMS & email you beto notify you. Due to heavy load of order, sometime we unable to pick up all hotlinr calls, (you can email to request our company contact number instead of hotline) but email us we guarantee replied.
