Complaint Resolved II: Earl Grey Party

MsFantasy’s purchase has been fully refunded after the defective piece was sent back to EGP after a few days. Although EGP did not have a new piece for exchange, they offered a 15% rebate for the piece to MsFantasy.

 

Given the situation, MsFantasy decided to let go of the piece and returned it for a full returns. The whole event took about 8 to 9 days before it was closed.

 

Case resolved again!

My item from Earl Grey Party (http://www.earlgreyparty.com) finally arrived but upon inspection, I realized there was a hole in my dress! I highlighted the issue to them immediately and according to their auto reply, they would get back to me within the next 48 hours.

 

2 days passed with no news at all. I’m starting to get worried!
