V have been shopping with Earl Grey Party (EGP) since March 2010 and their products are mainly imported from Korean.
While majority of their items are available only through pre-order (which requires customers to wait 2 weeks before they can receive their orders), they do have some in-stock items available for purchase as well.
It was when she started ordering more items and decided to consolidate a few different orders together started the trouble. EGP thought that they have consolidated all her orders together and also refunded all her Out of Stock items. But they have missed out one particular order which caused the hipcups. It was an error on EGP for missing out V’s refund.
However this was quickly rectified after SafeBlogShopper was notify about it.
Within two days, this case was resolve and V got her refund back. We would like to thank EGP for their quick initiative and response in handling this case.
