Complaint Resolved: Fb Little Poppy

The owner got back to us with the misunderstanding cleared. They refunded L all the funds and were very sincere in resolving the issues. L reported the figure wrongly and she had gotten her refund of $370+ from the owner. It seem that the owner made a police report resulting the company account to be frozen temporarily causing the refund payment to be much delayed.

 

They have also shifted their blogshop business to be on Facebook for easier communication which is why their blogshop was not updated.

 

As a matter of fact, we are very grateful that the owner has taken the initiative to resolve the issue. Well done!

 

And we are quite happy the case was resolved! As such, this case is consider revoked and resolved! Yeay!

Original Report

 

We received a report recently from one of our users who reported a possible-scam on Facebook.

 

If you are thinking of buying items from facebook fan page, pls avoid this fanpage: Little Poppy. Other names previously known are:

Poppy Ponies

Little Ponies

Branded Addict

 

 

Our user, L, bought a total of $975 of products from Little Poppy and was expecting to receive her items with joy. She has to part with her Gucci Tote Bag and her Kate Spade Iphone Cover when the owner informed her that it was out of stock.

 

There were a couple of communication via Facebook messaging, emails and sms. L finally got back half of her refund, and the balance $475 remains outstanding.

 

Tried telling the owner that she will report to the police if balance refund is not made within a stipulated period. The owner warned her that she is able to sue L for defamation. The case continues to drag on.

 

SafeBlogShopper sent them a warning and we failed to hear from them as well. We also identified a blogspot blogshop which is not very updated.

 

 

The case is reported officially and is under investigation from the authorities.
