Savebatman complained about hervouge.livejournal.com regarding the item she ordered which is far different from what she saw in the blog. Hervouge said that these two first are the same. She state in her livejournal that the shorts in BN condition but when savebatman received it the short’s cuffed part is uncuffed. She thinks that the owner unpicked the thread that was holding together.

This whole incident happened on 13may 2010 in which they did a meet up. They actually was suppose to meet at 1.30PM but she got out of house quite late and thought maybe she’ll be late so she texted her that she might be 10mins late. She replied ok, never say that she might be late or anything. She arrived at 1.30pm on the dot and was not late so she texted her that i’ve reached. She said she’ll be slightly late because she said that she might be late so she took her time and missed the bus.
She checked the shorts and realised that it was different from the picture. She told her that it’s a different pair, but she said, “No? It’s the same in the picture?”. She was with her friend, and her friend agreed wth her. She thought maybe she was wrong so she purchased it and don’t wanna back out from the deal. She told her that she can go home and check so she then went home and checked it.
No matter how she look at the picture and the shorts, both of them don’t seem the same and so she texted her.
HER: “It’s not different. I took the picture.. :/ i only sell two type of cotton on shorts. One denim one sailor looking. Sailor looking one sold alr, think i told it down alr. So you were talking about the denim one. Sorry i don’t do refunds. Its the same piece. Cause i took e picture? Its still retainling in cotton on if im not wrong.”
ME: “I think you took down the wrong picture. The picture that you have in your livejournal is totally different from the shorts. Really. The shorts that you showed in the pic is not retailing in cotton on anymore that was why i wanted to buy that pair.”
HER: “-.- let me go back and check. If its different i will refund you. If its not, then im sorry.”
ME: “ok”
HER:” I just used my friend’s wireless to check my site. The shorts is the same as the one i sold you. I didn’t take down the wrong picture, -.- sorry no refunds cause its not my fault?”
ME: ”
HER: “Lol. You print screen email me what you saw.”
Me: “Sent”
After 2 hours..
ME: ” Hey so are you going to refund me?”
HER: “I told you need to check right. Im still in school.”
HER: “Its the same pair of shorts. i took that pic myself?? i dont know somehow the pockets look like its sided??
and it IS cuffed, i rolled it up, btw you can dont cuff it either, cause its just FOLDED by myself..
im sorry i wont be doing refunds, cause its not a misunderstanding? it really is the same pair of shorts? i dont see why im arguing over that.
my friend says it looks the same too.
if im out to cheat you, i would have taken down e pic and didnt ask you to “see again” so confidently no?”
She refused to refund savebatman even after she said she’ll refund if both shorts are different.

This is the distorted truth.
First of all i refunded her after realising it was a different pair of shorts. And i took a new picture of the shorts and placed it on site!
And i got this picture from the previous seller, it is a blurry picture and i could not even tell the difference cause i didnt scrutinise the shorts?
I only sold it cause it doesnt fit me! I dont get why i would put a different picture (ONE DIFFERENT PIC TO SCAM PPL TO BUY IT AND THEN DEAL WITH SUCH A HASSLE?)
If i knew it was a different pair the seller gave me, i would have demanded a refund and not sell it off on my blog right?
I have at least 15 positive feedbacks. You can read them, and ask anyone who dealt with me. It was hasslefree, fast, i gave good deals and overall, i believe im a good trustworthy seller.
So i hope everyone reading this would understand how this particular buyer is being difficult with me. She could have claimed it was different and refused to purchase it on the spot and not complain about it after agreeing it was okay that day, i admit there was fault for not triple checking the picture, but i honestly believed it was the same. Thanks for listening my part of the story.

Hi Kailing,
Thanks for standing out to speak about your story!
The fact that you had left a comment today goes to show that you care about your business and wish to clarify things out.
I believe the shoppers here will understand and judge the matter themselves.
We strongly urge sellers to stand up and speak their mind if there are any reports is found to be misjudged. At SafeBlogShopper, we believe everyone has a chance to speak for themselves, not only the shoppers. =)

Here to speak MY side of the story.
Yes, she did refund me but i’m greatly displeased with the fact that she lied and cheated me. She didn’t even accept my feedback on her page. How weird for a person who claims that she’s honest and everything. And i wasn’t being difficult to her, i merely asked her to refund my money and i even said that would keep mum of this incident if she’d just refund me! But no, she didn’t. She still claimed that she was right and both shorts are the same.
“She could have claimed it was different and refused to purchase it on the spot and not complain about it after agreeing it was okay that day..”
I did claim that it was different, but she said that it was the same as the pic (with her friend), so i thought maybe I was wrong and i don’t want to back out a deal. So i just purchased the item and went back home to check. I msged her (as of above), and those are her replies.
I even went all the way to her house to take the refund because she says that she’d only refund me if i mailed the item and it safely reached her hands. She did not even reply the msges nor calls that i made on that day when i went to take the refund. Up till now okay.
I’m not lying and i did not distort the facts. Everything as of posted in http://community.livejournal.com/sgflea/103512392.html#cutid1 are facts. If buyers choose to listen to her side of the story, then it’s okay with me. I’m fine with it. Thanks

Hi i only just saw shannon’s reply cause i didnt receive any notifications about this.
Anyway im sorry if this is late but i really want to clear this up and say everything clearly.
It is my fault.
But i sincerely, genuinely didnt mean to CHEAT OR LIE.
Can you PLEASE see from my point of view that i wouldnt get anything out of this especially since i revealed so much about myself? If i wanted to have a lying cheating business here would i only put up ONE photo to scam or reveal my name number school email details etc? Im not trying to gain sympathy or whatsoever i just want anyone who read what she wrote, and shannon especially to understand that im fully sorry about this deal you have to encounter.
The only reason why i said everything before i agreed to refund was because i was highly confident that the pair of shorts was the exact same piece i was selling.
I copied that pic from some other buyer i forgot the site, she was selling a pair of cotton on shorts, and i honestly thought it was the same cause it was light printed and cotton on – i assumed it to be the popular cotton on shorts thus i copied and put it on my site.
As i didnt have a cam with me, it would save me alot of trouble of asking my friend to help me take pic etc.
I know im in the wrong for not making sure it was the exact same.
But what i want to say is, I HONESTLY THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME. So i totally brushed off what shannon said cause i just thought she was trying to make a fuss out of nothing.
I even checked it with my friend’s phone before replying her, and THEN I STILL THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME. I guess i must be blind.
I only realised it after she said “she only wanted to get it cause it WASNT the popular cotton on shorts and that it wasnt retailing anymore!!” cause i said it was the popular one, you can go down to any cotton on shop they are still selling! (WHY WOULD I SAY THAT IF I KNEW IT WASNT SELLING/NOT THAT POPULAR COTTON ON SHORTS)
So i seriously went back home to check and ZOOM and realised it was indeed different.
So it is all my fault.
I should have double checked before posting it to sell.
Ever since this incident i have been more careful with my reputation and made each transaction fussfree by using personal taken photos or stock pictures.
Lastly, the only reason i didnt accept the comment was because it was made after i refunded and she didnt mention anything about the refund or apology at all! So it was purely a negative comment even though she said after the refund she wont put this up or give me a negative feedback? So i just didnt accept it cause i thought we were done with this deal.
Shannon, im sorry for not picking up your calls/smses. I already told my mom to pass you the cash and i thought she did, i dont know why she took so long to get to the door but she was the only one at home. I thought you wanted to call to complain or sth even after you get the cash. I should have double checked to ask if you got back the money etc, sorry for not texting you.
In summary, im really sorry shannon, for this horrible deal. I do hope you forgive me.
AND know that it was my fault BUT i really really thought i was right and thus am sincerely sorry, do know it was NOT done on purpose with any intention to con/cheat/lie. I do hope you dont think this is just an excuse.
If i wanted to live without this, forget all about this, dont take up any responsibility.
I could have just changed url etc etc.
I really take time to write this in order to clear things as i didnt know you still hold angst with respect to this issue.
I hope this clears it up?
P.S: I sold the shorts to someone, after uploading a correct SELF TAKEN shot of it. I should have just done that from the start. Im sorry shannon, really am. Hope you forgive me?
