Room18 was reported in the beginning of Aug 2009, as they have been MIA with sellers’ paid orders. No replies on multiple emails sent but they seem to be active on Facebook and email. Customers who made payment in early July, are not receiving their items in October.

They have been giving excuses and empty promises to the shoppers that they will send out the item but nothing was received. However, Room18 can have their livejournal updated constanly but ignoring all calls, sms and emails.

In Nov 2009, someone commented in SgFlea that she had made a police report about Room18. Apparently, there are a few more victims around shared the same sentiments. Victims are going around, hoping to find more information about Room18 to track her down and report them to the authorities.

Currently their livejournal blogshop is still active but the last update was under maintenance.

They have been updating another of their wordpress account stating that they have been sending out all the parcels and refunds in 26 Jan 2010. If you are one of those who have not received your items, please read on their diary.
