A few complaints were found pertaining to the extreme shoddy customer service they provide.

“I accidentally transferred excess amount to her account. As she was selling the item for her friend, I asked her when is her friend going  to refund me the remaining $3.06. She replied:  “Refund another lorxz. 3 dollar only wat.”

I wonder how on earth did she have so many positive feedbacks.It is not about your 3 dollars, it is about ur responsibility as a seller!” ~dazzlin_me

Another week plus by, she did not reply this customer anymore.

Some who have bought from also commented how bad her attitude was as a seller. There were two comments on items lost through normal mail postage method. Despite opting for registered post, she send one of the item through normal postage and eventually got the item lost. Read More
