This is taken from a Cozycotter dated 13 Feb 2010 posting against a blogshop owner who is also known to be a moderator too.

Just want to share with you all one blogshop which I had a very terrible experience with.
As I spree-ed with Lolitasweet, she replied me almost immediately within an hour with payment confirmation an etc. But 2 weeks later as I received a defected bag, and emailed her about it, she was still nice offering to get an exchange from the manufacturer.
Then things start to get bad, she start to take weeks to reply when i told her that I do not want an exchange as I would like to refund instead and I will mail the defected bag back to her. Coz initially I wanted to use it for Xmas but the waiting is going to be too long. But she didn’t give me a choice and told me that the manufacturer have already manufactured the bag! Even for the exchange, I have to wait for another 2 weeks coz i have to wait for her existing bag spree to end.
Then she started not to reply my emails even after sending her 3 – 4 emails. I thought of using my friend’s email account to email her asking if she still have any bag sprees on to see if she is really ignoring my email.
SHE ACTUALLY REPLIED TO MY FRIEND EMAIL ACCOUNT!!
1) If she is really sincere about the exchange like what she said, it will take about 2 weeks. I would have gotten the bag by now. But I didnt!
2) She replied to my friend’s email and not mine even though I send her emails which are a few days b4 I used my friend’s account.
3) The last email she sent was on the 22th of Jan, which is more that 3 weeks from now.
4) She really has bad customer service skills for letting an unhappy customer waited for days and even weeks for her reply and leave me with no choice but to accept another bag which god knows how long it is going to arrive.
5) If she is busy, she could have inform me. And 3 weeks without any replies is seriously too much.
So cotters, please beware of her as there are too many unethical sellers around.” ~ ssuyii
As far as we know from other cotters, the owner may be the moderator of the spreehouse. She even deleted the negative comment that ssuyii gave her and tried to ban her from commenting in her blog.

I also got ignored by her. Had received defected lens from her and she said she will do refunds of OOS item and exchange the lens for me but till now, still nothing. Been emailing her but no replies. Can i report her to the moderators? I have all the email records..

im damn pissed w her. My bag arrived 1 month ago. Told her that i would opt for registeredmail instead and till now she goes MIA and i still have not received my bag. Anyone i can report this to?

Hi 12345,
It seems that you are not the only one.
The only way out is to report it to the authorities.
You can do this online in fact.
If there’s anyone has the same situation with Jamie and 12345, please let us know.
We are also be monitoring if there’s a need to upgrade its status to a scam.

Hi, I’d like to file a complaint against the same shop!!!!
Please tell me where can I do so? What actions may be taken? All online shoppers like us need to be warned of this shop and should all not buy from her!!!!
Her service is wayyyy bad!!!

How much was involved in your payment?
Did you receive any of your items?
You can try to report online with your case.
Please keep all transactions proof intact.
Apparently, you’re not the only one.
I was just surprised that Lolitasweet has been on our list for quite some time, but still there are victims around again.

Hi, I’d like to file a complaint. I’m not sure which avenue I should go about (i.e. police or what) but i came across this site while googling.
I ordered a bag from lolitasweet on the 30th November 2011 from http://spreehouse.livejournal.com/5255657.html . It’s been more than 1.5 months yet no updates from her. I emailed her twice on Jan 10 and Jan 15 and no reply too. Paid a total of $43.50. Its not a super huge amount but I am super annoyed that there exists such an irresponsible person or scammer yet I am wondering if it would be worth it to lodge a police complaint. Any advice on what I can do?? It annoys me to think that she is just easily earning people’s money for promised goods that will never arrive.

Hi there, you can try to report it online, just a note that it will be more useful if there are more victims around.
We did this lolitasweet report quite some time ago.
Perhaps if you do have her email, drop us at report@safeblogshopper.com and we try to contact her.
