From the 92 user comments, we have estimated that there were total of 21 victims and a grand amount of SGD $2.3k (includes refund and purchase amount) has been reported.
According to some sources, they had also mentioned that the owner of IIN (also commonly known as Naomi, which she denied of) also participated in sprees. Spree organizers who have deal with her had provided information of her address and her name:

Out of 195 comments, we have also estimated that 54 victims and an amount of SGD$8.4k was involved.
On 9th Sept, some items were sent out with the help of another online shopper.
Till the 2nd October, a total of 44 police reports had been made.
A petition had started on 13 October against Naomi Kurashige, the spree scammer. As of today, 133 had supported the petition.

Given the alarming number of victims and huge amount of transactions involved, all the victims should report to the authority regardless of how small the amount is.
