I would like to point out for orders which are delivered by normal Singpost delivery, we have explicitly stated during our order checkout that we would not be responsible for lost packages. All blogshop owners have the same condition for sending via normal Singpost. This is because there is no way we can check from Singpost regarding such lost packages. In the article, "A Big Gather of Cleocat-fashion.com Part 1" I have mentioned that Singpost has literally thousands to millions of letters and packages for sorting and delivery everyday. Even if you complained to Singpost regarding it, would they be keen to find it for you? Common sense tells you that they would not simply it is too tedious for them to find and what's more it does not make cost sense for them at all. Regarding the measurements, even until now we are still trying to make sure that the description fits the item as accurately as we can. Unfortunately we deal in wholesale and bulk volume everyday. We could not be possibly be checking for correct measurements in every item we sent out. What's more there might be a difference how each and everyone measure the cloth. Regarding the postage again, I believe all discerning readers would know that we charged less than practically all local suppliers. In order to give as much value to customers as possible, we try to cut cost whereever possible. Recent buyers of our products might noticed that our quality has actually improved!
