Okay, here’s the thing. Kiyuns (www.kiyuns.blogspot.com) and I (www.trendvogue.blogspot.com) held a preorder for ripped leggings on the 26 February as Akiko agreed to be our supplier. As we both get our ripped leggings from Akiko, we decided to collate orders to hit the minimum capping of 6.
Initially, Akiko replied me really nicely and said that she will collect the leggings once I transferred to her the money. And I did. I transferred money to her account and she gave me her contact number to meet up on a Saturday on that very week. But on that very Saturday, there wasn’t any news from her! I contacted her time and again, from sending in the form on her website in the hope of getting faster replies, to texting her.
After one and a half month, when I needed to place more orders for Kiyuns, she finally replied my smses, ask me to meet on ANOTHER Saturday again and requested for payment. I replied that I’ll only pay upon meetups since she hasnt passed me the other ripped leggings and I didnt wanna take another risk again. She said alright and she will contact me again.
That was another false pull on me, I waited all day and even text her, but no response. At night she called me 3 times, but as I was charging my phone I didnt answer. I did call back repeatedly and texted her, but no replies.
Then, she texted me that night, saying that she hasnt get the stocks from supplier and will do so on Monday. LIKE HELLO? I ORDERED FROM YOU 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOW YOU TELL ME YOU HAVEN’T COLLECTED STOCKS FROM SUPPLIER?!?! I threatened to make a police report if she doesnt respond. I called her up to 8 times a day, and finally she got sick of my calling, she switched off her phone TOTALLY.
She is a popular online store owner, I don’t see why she has to scam my customers of their money since she’s like earning big bucks from her online venture.
And here’s the funny part. Previously when she opened her online store, it was http://www.shop-withakiko.weebly.com where she held the preorder for the ripped leggings, but she shifted over to http://inksandneedles.weebly.com after she closed the preorder.
I have email and text messages proof of our transactions, is that sufficient to file charges against her if she doest not want to refund/pass me the ripped leggings?
Are there any more victims of this whole scam? Please please let me know if you are one yea? I don’t wish for my customers to be cheated of their money just like that!

kiyuns they themselves are scammers.
I dont see why people cant scam them too.
Hi dear, what do you mean by Kiyun’s are scammers too? They did pay me for my preorders ya know? (: Care to elaborate more? And this time, it’s Akiko that has scammed me, not Kiyun’s. I just wanna know the procedures to reporting Akiko and whether I do have sufficient evidence to file charges.
I think you should consult the police directly instead of waiting, print out all transaction emails and give them akiko’s hp no. and ask them if you can file a report. There is no use posting it here it wont solve the problem
anyway, on kiyuns site she says that you will be filing a police report.
Kiyuns also scammed my money! They keep telling me to meet up next thurs, and that thursday never come! Her phone can’t call through, email her no replies!
Hey everyone, i was cheated by kiyun too! I have ordered the FOB since Apr..but have not gotten the stocks till now. The last email received by her is that she told a group of us that she was cheated by her cousin who did the postage for her & now she couldn’t find her. She mentioned that she will refund us the money when we emailed to one another about reporting this to the police.
I guess we can make a police report to avoid others being cheated as well. And now she’s not in town. On 29 June she post the ad saying that she’s OOT attending granddad’s funeral and will be back maybe on Wed. Not sure how true it will be!
i been scammed by KIYUNS too
ordered 1 item from korean batch 2 and she told me on this monday that she will mail out tmr whcih is tuesday however she said that she is attending his grandfather funeral
after that she never reply me for 6 days
STOP UR FAKING ACT KIYUNS i bet there is no furneral at all

I’ve also bought 1 box of flashover. She also gave the excuse about her cousin cheating or what not & promised a refund should I not receive my goods. I’ve threatened to file a police report but to no avail. According to someone who messaged me on FB, Kiyun replied her email (from another email account) when she lied and said she was a buyer. Thus, I conclude that she’s purposely hiding from all of us and only out there to scam more customers’ $. Pls contact me asap if you wish to bring this up tgt at the police station.

i actually bought 2 pairs of geo lenses from them at around march.
she had actually sent it out once but i’ve written the wrong add so it was sent back to her.
i transferred the postage money to her again and asked her to resend it and she said that one pair of the geo lens was oos.
i said okay, just transfer the other pair and she promised to refund me the money.
i had to send tons and tons of emails to her before i receive that one pair of lens but the money for the other pair of lens was never refunded to me even though i had mailed her for a long time.
she claimed that she didn’t receive any of my emails. true or not i don’t know.
