With the bank a/c number and the handphone number they used to contact u though it is still not in use. It is sufficient data to get to know who the person is. A scammer must be punished so that he/ she will not scam others. Handphone numbers must be registered before use and bank accounts require your IC detailed.. Honestly i almost bought from them. I've read through your entire story. The website is still in use but can't tell if is still in operations. My suggestion is you can ask your friend to email to them (btw, they have changed their email from live.com.sg to gmail just in case you missed out) and ask for some usual customer enquiries. See if they reply. Otherwise, give them a deadline to reply and if they did not put up any action, as long as you have their bank account numbers as well as the payment transfer receipts, you can file a police report. The website is still in use but can’t tell if is still in operations.
My suggestion is you can ask your friend to email to them (btw, they have changed their email from live.com.sg to gmail just in case you missed out) and ask for some usual customer enquiries.

See if they reply.

Otherwise, give them a deadline to reply and if they did not put up any action, as long as you have their bank account numbers as well as the payment transfer receipts, you can file a police report.
