Hi people, i’m at a loss what to do now. Thus posting and hopes that you can give your opinions to help. Thanks!
I have ordered and paid for a ipod touch 16gb from this blogshop-http://www.cheapcheap-deals.blogspot.com. My friend and I ordered 2 ipod touch at the price of $340 each and transfered the money over to POSB SAVINGS 247-44723-7( i’ve got the screenshot of the receipt) on 21 Feb.
They promised waiting time for the shipment to be approx. 2-3weeks. However, after 3 weeks (from 21 Feb), they said that the ipod touches are OOS as suppliers’ goods were depleted during the IT Fair. My friend and i decided to opt for refunds which they offered to do. And the refunds came in promptly within a few days. Also to add on, they asked me to sms 81690996 with my name and order after payment(which i did).
After 2 months(13 April), i decided to order the itouch again and paid $360 for it. This time round they wanted me to transfer to a different bank a/c – POSB SAVINGS 001-39381-2( i have the original receipt). They told me that my order would be sent in the 2 days later( 15 April).
Since then, i waited patiently for the ipod touch to arrive. ( before that, i asked them about the waiting time, and they told me 2-3weeks). I mailed them:” hi, can i check w you when will the ipod touch be coming? So that we can arrange a time for the meetup. May i know where is the meetup done usually? ” on 4 May (which is exactly 3 weeks from the time they promised to deliever my ipod touch).
But there is no reply from them. Mailed them on the 5th again:hi there, it has been 3 weeks since i submmited the order for the ipod touch. Please update me when the ipod touch will be arriving. And the possible timings and places of meetup so that i can decide whether to go for reg post or meetup. Thanks.” But then, still no reply. I sent a email to them on the 7th May again! but again, no reply.
There are 3 blog shop owners for this blog(previously mentioned by them). Thus, i cant understand why non of them choose to reply my mails. I have no idea if they are out to scam or it is just their oversight. Please give me yr opinion on this and guide me what to do. I think that they are not out to scam as they did refund my money the last time.
Anyone has bought from them before and have their handphone no. or home address?
Assuming that i have the clear email conversations, the receipts of both transactions, the phone no.(which is not in use now; i tink it is a prepaid card) and their bank accounts, can i make a police report if they still choose not to reply my mails?
Please help! Thanks [:

Hi Weeli,
Thanks for submitting to us. I’ve read through your entire story.
The website is still in use but can’t tell if is still in operations.
My suggestion is you can ask your friend to email to them (btw, they have changed their email from live.com.sg to gmail just in case you missed out) and ask for some usual customer enquiries.
See if they reply.
Otherwise, give them a deadline to reply and if they did not put up any action, as long as you have their bank account numbers as well as the payment transfer receipts, you can file a police report.
To see how to file a police report, you may read our article on it.
We hope that they get back to you soon!
Hie, i suggest u report to the authorities. With the bank a/c number and the handphone number they used to contact u though it is still not in use. It is sufficient data to get to know who the person is. A scammer must be punished so that he/ she will not scam others. Handphone numbers must be registered before use and bank accounts require your IC detailed..
Honestly i almost bought from them. I emailed them enquires then i backed out as my bf told me to do so.
